Jane has evolved her own personal style of teaching yoga. Since qualifying as a yoga therapist her approach is for the individual to relate to yoga and all its benefits by tailoring it to themselves and their needs and limitations and by becoming absorbed in own self study of their breath body and mind whilst in class. Her classes consist of breathing practices, flowing postures and sequences, energy work and deeply soothing, relaxation and meditation.   This eclectic mix offers a deeply healing and energising experience, it promotes bodily strength and flexibility, self impowers,  improves posture, reduces stress, and creates a feeling of calm and inner peace.  The emphasis in class is always to take it at a pace that is comfortable for you, therefore the classes are suitable for all including beginners.
